That Caffeine Boost

Drinking super-sized coffees and high-caffeine energy drinks may give you a quick boost, but you'll feel a decline within an hour or so, according to experts at the University of California-Los Angeles School of Medicine. You'll feel better and more energetic if you cut back to no more than 250 mg of caffeine a day, or about one cup of coffee. Instead, try drinking green tea, which has one-third the caffeine.
