Security Policy

• We employ a user name and password system, with the name and password chosen by the applying member.

• The applying member must submit a password reminder, and when requesting that a forgotten password be supplied, the member must correctly answer the reminder question.

• An industry-standard firewall is installed on our servers.

• Servers are securely located at Consonus, Inc. 20 miles from downtown Salt Lake City in an earthquake-resistant building.

• Changes to the security policy: StayWell Solutions Online reserves the right to change the security policy from time to time. The date of the last modification to the policy appears at the bottom of this document.

20-minute timeout

After logging in, if a member leaves StayWell Solutions Online open but inactive, the member will be automatically logged out at the 20-minute mark.
